SPP is asking for your help! Recently SPP took in a wonderful dog named Denali. His story is sort of sad but we are hoping for a happy ending. Denali was relinquished to us from his former family that could no longer care for him (they weren’t able to handle his partial blindness). SPP took him in, found him medical care and put him with a wonderful trainer.

The result: Denali is a wonderful loving dog that is ready for his forever home, however, he did lose his sight in one eye but that doesn’t stop him. SPP is asking for help in finding him a wonderful forever home and assistance with the cost of numerous hospital bills for this wonderful pet.

The perfect home for Denali would be one where he is the only animal, with no children.  He would fit in with an  individual or a couple who would have time to spend with him, take him on walks, love him and allow him to be himself.  He truly is a love.  He just needs the right people to come into his life.

SPP has a new adoption center in Encinitas! It’s located within the PetSmart in the Encinitas Ranch Town Center. And we’re looking for volunteers to help at the new adoption center! It is now easier to make monthly donations to Shelter Pet Partners. Now you can set up automatic monthly donations to SPP  through PayPal. You don’t even need to have a PayPal account, you can pay using your credit or debit card.  You can subscribe to make monthly recurring donations of $10, $25, $50, $100, $500 or $1,000.
